Fitness retreat.

Mas Pelegri is set in the beautiful Catalan countryside with beautiful trails rights from the door. We are open year round for people who wish to come and relax and unwind and get fit and healthy.

We have two options either book our all inclusive camp or book B&B or half board and then add on massages and fitness sessions as extras as you require them.

Bed and Breakfast for single occupancy room – 85 euros a night, including local taxes.
Bed and Breakfast for a double or twin room – 108 euros a night, including local taxes.

Half board prices from 495 euros per week per person based on 2 people sharing a room with private bathroom. Single supplement of 200 euros for single occupancy of a double room with private bathroom.

Boot camp week including 7 nights stay in a private room with en-suite bathroom, all meals and hydration and nutrition, one on one fitness classes, healthy eating cooking lessons, two massages per person per week, transfers to and from Barcelona or Girona airport and all local taxes.

Rate for single occupancy of a double room with private bathroom and personal one-on-one coaching or guiding. 3000 euros per person per week.
Rate for double or twin occupancy of a double room with private bathroom and one coach or guide for the 2 people. 2000 euros per person per week.
Rate for a group of 4-6 people, based on double or twin occupancy and one guide/coach for the 4-6 people. 1400 euros per person per week.
Rate for a group of 10 people, based on double or twin occupancy and one guide/coach for the group. 1000 euros per person per week.
Everything is customised for each individual depending on your fitness levels and skill level in the different activities.

Activities include:
Water workouts, hiking, balance and conditioning exercises, plyometrics, core strength, yoga, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, jogging, running and cooking healthy dishes.

Key differences to other boot camps.

  1. This is not about an extreme exercise week. It is about setting a new life style plan for your future. We also investigate your physiology including your posture, muscle balance and nutritional requirements.
  2. On our staff is a neurophysiologist and sports injury therapist and she will analyse you and work out how to help you regain better posture and muscle balance. The brain is so important in the coordination of muscular contraction, relaxation, proprioreception and balance. As we get older our bodies get lazy and we need to retrain them. It is amazing how quickly you regain your physique with fun exercises involving balance, coordination and strength. We coach anyone from beginners to professional athletes. Yes, even the world's top professional athletes make large gains in their performance by adding these exercises to their weekly training regime. It can be just 15 minutes every other day, once we have worked out the exercises which are right for you. Leaving you with better posture, lower chance of back and neck pain and headaches. Perimenopausal and menopausal women also notice large difference, with reduction of their monthly headaches. Men also notice larger differences, as hormonal changes as we age effect our muscle strength and muscle balance.
